We don’t make tech for tech’s sake. When we build, we impact our customers' lives and work. So we don’t innovate for innovation’s sake. But we do work tirelessly to improve our solutions. And we don’t insist on doing all the heavy lifting for the sake of ego – if we can collaborate to build a better solution, we will.

Our products must be attractive to the markets we compete in – and we hold ourselves accountable. To stay honest, we back up our assumptions with data and unbiased customer evidence.
Bend, don’t break
Plans are important, and we like making them. But sometimes, if you stick to a plan too rigidly, things break down. So we’re prepared to flex when the situation calls for it.

1 ~ A phone call
You’ll have a 20 minute chat over the phone with a member of our team so we can find out more about your experience and ambitions.
2 ~ In-person interview
If we think you’re a good match for the role, we’ll book you in for an in-person interview. For some roles there’s also a task to complete and a second interview.
3 ~ Meet your colleagues
There’ll also be a chance to meet some of the people you’d be working with, and ask any questions about working at Hectare.
4 ~ Process complete
That’s it! If everyone’s happy, we’ll make you an offer.
